𝐃𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐨 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲-COL CALIXTO D CADANO JR. ART (GSC) PA, Group Commander, 11RCDG, was represented by COL REANDREW P. RUBIO INF (GSC) PA, Director, 1105CDC, during the 19th Eastern Mindanao Command (EMC) Founding Anniversary at the NIF Multi-Purpose Covered Court, Camp Panacan, Davao City on 28 August 2025.
The event was led by DND Secretary Gilberto C. Teodoro Jr., represented by USEC Ireneo C. Espino of DND as Guest of Honor and Speaker, together with LTGEN LUIS REX D. BERGANTE PA, Commander, EMC. It also gathered different unit commanders, EMC personnel, PAF, PN, PNP, and PCG representatives, as well as stakeholders from LGUs, NGAs, religious sectors, foreign diplomats, private sector, and local media.
The celebration highlighted a whole-of-nation partnership for peace and security in Eastern Mindanao.
