DDOSC ROTCU formally participated in the Opening Ceremony of the Cadet Officer Qualifying Course (COQC), led by our COMMANDANT, Col NOLI P. KANASHIRO INF (GSC), together with SSgt NOEL G. PALMES INF PA, our CHIEF CLERK.
The opening ceremony marked the beginning of a challenging yet meaningful journey for aspiring cadet officers, providing an opportunity to strengthen their leadership, discipline, confidence, and sense of responsibility. Under the guidance of our dedicated leaders and instructors, the course aims to shape cadet officers who are not only capable of leading but are also committed to serving with integrity, courage, and humility. May this journey inspire every participant to embrace every challenge, learn from every experience, and carry the values of duty, honor, and service wherever their path may lead.
